Landscape and Species:

• It features a cedar grove that provides excellent habitat for white-tailed deer, along with a diverse meadow that will attract a wide variety of pollinators including monarchs.

• It also boasts a wetland that flows from Grant’s Woods Nature Reserve and provides excellent habitat for kinglets, warblers, wrens, amphibians, snakes and more.

• Wetlands, a key feature of this land, are essential ecosystems that provide habitat for diverse flora and fauna, contribute to water quality, and serve as crucial buffers against flooding.
