Located between Kirkfield and Coboconk, this 218-acre property is a jewel of habitats and wildlife. Raven Lake Wetland Complex, a provincially significant wetland, lays within this privately owned easement and the Talbot River crosses the northern portion. Several species at risk live here as well.
