How many species can you and your team count in 24 hours? Head out on the Carden Alvar, or stick around your home base, and count as many species as possible while raising funds for conservation efforts of the Alvar and these precious habitats.
Last year, Challenge participants counted 236 species in 24 hours and raised over $30,000 to support conservation on the Alvar.

COMPETITIVE – The Cool Catbirds, 129 bird species
BIODIVERSITY – Fauna Fanatics, 145 species
RECREATIONAL – Loon Rangers, 105 bird species
HYBRID – Let’s Wing It, 120 species
FUNDRAISING – Top Fundraising Team: Ravin Ravens, $6,117, Top Fundraiser: Ginny Moore, $2,010
