Hello! Welcome – things look a little different here. Here is a quick overview of changes.
We hear from people frequently that they enjoy our website – it is updated regularly and connects people to information they need. For a while, we have known that there were aspects of the past site that didn’t function as well as they could. It wasn’t mobile friendly, a little more challenging than it should be to find the information you need quickly – it was time for an update.
There are some pages that are still being updated.
Here are a few of the updates:
Navigation: At the top of each page are titles and drop down menus for quick access to the information you need. Further detailed pages and links are within those pages as well.
For current news, media releases, notes from the field and more – visit the News & Blog section (under the title What We Do).
More functionality to find the Nature Reserves – we have upgraded to a Google Map, and also use Google Maps on the individual Nature Reserve pages. We have made it more clear which Reserves have established trails, which are open without trails, and which are not open. We are continuing with some updates on this map.
If you have bookmarks to our previous site, there is a good chance the links will need to be updated.
