Join us for our 2023 Annual General Meeting! This year’s AGM will be a hybrid format: in-person at Hawk Ridge Golf Club in Orillia and via Zoom.

Our AGM is the buzz of the Conservancy calendar, with between over 250 environmentalists standing up for nature. From volunteers, to donors, to founders and board members, it’s your chance to learn about how together we are protecting nature!

PRE-READING MATERIALS – Annual Report, Financial Statement, Agenda and more will be available through our website and sent out through our newsletter one month prior to the meeting.

If you’re new to the Conservancy, you can see how we run, ask questions about our work, our Nature Reserves, and impact. Absolutely all are welcome! Doors will open at 1:00pm.

Members have voting rights at the meeting. Due to the complexity of running a hybrid meeting, we are only able to count in person votes. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

We will be recording the meeting for future viewing, and it will be available on YouTube afterwards.
